Wendi Herzman - CEOHello and welcome to the website of the Deaf Service Bureau. I am Wendi Herzman, the CEO. The Deaf Service Bureau (DSB) provides assistance to Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Disabled clients so that they can achieve and maintain a state of independence. We do this by offering services ranging from obtaining food and clothing to assistance with buying a home. Whatever your needs, we can assist you or know the people that can. Mission Statement
The Deaf Service Bureau of West Central Florida, Inc. (Hereafter referred to as the DSB) is a not-for-profit organization. The DSB was established in 1996 to provide effective communication to the deaf community in Pasco County.  Since that time, we have expanded our services to reach not only the deaf and hard of hearing but also the entire disabled community throughout 13 counties with 4 locations in Florida. Our offices are located in New Port Richey, Tampa, Lake Mary and St. Petersburg, Florida. Foundations and private donors have helped us meet some of the needs of the deaf and disabled community, however, your continued support is appreciated.
