The Deaf Service Bureau and Amerigroup have partnered together to
provide free physicals for you children to go to camp or back to school. 
Everyone of our locations will have this opportunity for one day during
the month of May.  We will then have a second one in July for those
who miss out in May.  The dates in July will be announced later.<br>
<br>
There will be a place for the kids to play while they wait their turn
and some important information for you as well.<br>
<br>

a time.<br>

<p>I wanted to give you an update on my mother’s condition: we knew she had been fighting the congestive heart failure and pneumonia recently, but her doctors continued to say that they thought something else was wrong. We found out yesterday, that she has bone cancer from her skull to her pelvis. Because she has not had much pain, they never suspected it and had never ordered a bone scan until yesterday. This bone cancer is secondary as it comes from the breast cancer she had a few years ago. <br />
<br />
We will bring her home tomorrow under hospice care – it was her wish to be home where she can be comfortable. She is not in pain but very, very weak. Please help me to notify her friends – if anyone wants to send her a message we have been printing them for her. This Thursday March 6th from 6 -8 the Deaf hs senior class will have <br />
spirit night at Chick-fil-a. Many deaf and sign language students will <br />
be there. Chick filet will give the Sr class 10% of the total sold <br />
that night during those hours including drive thru,. So we want to <br />
encourage everyone to come.. eat , drink and socialize. We have a bus <br />
for all of the seniors to come. It should be a lot of fun and a great <br />
way to raise money.<br />

WRONG GAME - ASL FILM
Support the Deaf Literacy Center program as the Pinellas Public Library Cooperative and Sprint Relay proudly present the acclaimed motion picture Wrong Game, a Deaf movie made by and for the Deaf. In complete ASL. No sounds, no captions.
