Dear Friends of the Deaf Service Bureau,

As you know we opened our newest office a week ago and there is a little confusion on who the new DSB Team Members are, so I am going to explain:

New Port Richey You will find Rene Herzman all the time and David Lind sometimes.

Lake Mary, serving the Orlando area, I am proud to announce that David Volper who was in my Tampa office since the spring of last year was promoted to the Operations Manager for the Lake Mary office (this serves all of the Orlando area) you will also find Danielle and Tiffany most of the time and Kari who is our Data Administrator.

Tampa you will find Carlos for the Ticket to Work, and I am proud to announce that Antoinette has been moved to Tampa office as the Director of Deaf Services. Antoinette will be working with clients and being an welcome addition to Tampa's office. We will miss her in New Port Richey but she will be of a great service to us there. You will see Serena most of the time and Danelle our Counselor on Fridays for now until her leave is done and then we will update you on her schedule.

Raymond Clark our newest person who is our Operations Manager for St. Petersburg and David Lind on occasion will be there to assist our clients there.

Please know that regardless of which office you visit our staff is dedicated to assisting you.
If you have any questions please contact me via email wendi@deafservicebureau.org as this is the best way to get in touch with me.

Sorry for the confusion and hopes this helps.

Best regards to all,
Wendi A. Herzman
