INFORMATION UPDATE
Dear DSB Friends

Due to a lack of responses, the schedule of free children’s physicals being provided by Amerigroup has been cancelled for the month of May. If you are interested in obtaining an appointment for a free physical for our July schedule please contact Wendi at wendi@deafservicebureau.org as soon as possible. Dates and times for the June schedule will be posted and emailed soon. If you have any questions about this service or about any of the services provided by DSB please feel free to contact us or visit our website at www.deafservicebureau.org.
