Dear DSB Friends

The Deaf Service Bureau and Amerigroup have partnered together to provide free physicals for you children to go to camp or back to school. Everyone of our locations will have this opportunity for one day during the month of May. We will then have a second one in July for those who miss out in May. The dates in July will be announced later.

There will be a place for the kids to play while they wait their turn and some important information for you as well.

Once I receive your email to make the reservation I will email you a time for you to be at the office to see the doctor.
